Child care: The Ski and Ride Center offers daycare. Ages 4 months to 12 years. For kids in diapers, cost is $55 for a full day; $44 for a half day. A hot lunch costs $5. Reservations strongly recommended; call (800) 831-8810, Ext. 2374.

Children's lessons: Kinder Kamp, for ages 4–6, includes a morning and afternoon lesson, rentals and an indoor recreation break and costs $85.

Mountain Riders, a ski and snowboard program for ages 7-12, costs $85 for all day, including lift ticket and lunch; with rentals the cost is $95. Half-day Mountain Riders programs are also available.

Special activities: Ages 12–18 can hang out in the refuge and play foosball, Xbox, video games, and check out a bouldering cave. It's in the White Pine Lodge and is open Fridays thru Sundays, 2 to 8 pm. Sorry, no adults, so don't bother trying to sneak in.
