Group lessons: Levels 3–9 (skiers and snowboarders) choose from a 2.75-hour lesson for $75 or an all-day clinic with lift ticket and lesson for $155.

First-timer package: A 2.75-hour lesson, rentals and access to the beginner lifts costs $125, ski or snowboard. Same offer applies to novices with some experience on snow. Ask about multiday savings.

Private lessons: $325 for three hours; $495 for all day (six hours). Additional people cost $50 each for any lesson shorter than six hours, but six-hour privates can have up to six people at no extra charge. Reservations suggested, call 800-HEAVENLY.

Special programs: Heavenly has adaptive clinics and clinics for women. First Tracks gets you on the mountain a half-hour before the lifts open and includes breakfast at Lakeview Lodge. Call for prices, dates and reservations on all these programs.
