Deer Valley Resort is the ultimate in luxury where the skiing is fabulous and new powder stays fresh long after it has been skied off at other resorts.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES
Deer
Valley is one of North America's most exclusive resorts. Everything is
top notch from the manicured snow conditions to the gleaming brass
and glass cafeterias and gourmet restaurants. Deer Valley is as upscale as it gets in America,
but without any snobbery that might affect other expensive
places in the country. Here, locals and staff really care about sharing this great mountain with their guests and know the meaning of the word service. For example, every liftee smiles and says hello (but still watch your head as the chair swings into position), and ski hosts are stationed at the large ski area trail maps at the top of each lift. Visitors can relax, enjoy and
leave feeling like they have received great value for their dollar. No snowboards, please. This is one of four American resorts that is for skiers only. This noticeably affects the ambiance of the mountain.

The resort itself is just
a couple of miles from the historic mining town of Park
City. Deer Valley is a cluster of condominiums and lush hotels
huddled around a spectacular ski area. You can lounge in luxury
up on the mountainside or head downtown to have fun in one of America's
best ski towns.
Deer Valley is renowned for pampering its guests with top-flight
meals, palatial accommodations, attentive service and impeccable
slopes. Some of the many amenities include guest service attendants
who lift skis off car racks when you drive up to unload, tissues
at every lift, restaurants to make a gourmet salivate, free ski
corral service where you can safely leave your best equipment and
grooming crews who comb the snow so pool-table smooth that everyone
skis smoother and better.
Experts
who might scoff at the daily slope manicure can ditch the main drag. Scoot directly to the chutes and bowls off
Empire Canyon or bumps off the Sultan and Mayflower
chairs for advanced terrain. Deer Valley fills a marvelous
niche in the ski world, satisfying those who enjoy elegance and are willing to pay a little more for their privileges.
Deer Valley is one of three
resorts in Park City. We recommend you also try to visit Park
City Mountain Resort and The
Canyons while vacationing here. See Lift
Tickets to find out about the Silver Passport interchangeable
ticket. |
